Galaxy A51 stuck on boot logo

Can anyone help me on this issue so my mates phone is stuck on this boot screen I have factory reset and even re flashed the firmware and nothing still back to this is there anyway to fix this

Is the battery not dead, looking at the image it doesn't look like it's charging.

Nope there was charge in the battery but sometimes it will come up with that and not display the percentage

By the looks of it. Your friend phone screen is damaged. You might well consider getting it serviced. The cause of it might be the screen being damaged.

I had the same problem. Software was downloading and recovering same time and also chip is damaged
