Hello i've got a problem with my samsung after a day i recieved it as new.
I've configured my mobile phone on the first day to be having a pattern on the screen unlock.
Now on the second day that i got my mobile phone it suddenly asks me for a password code instead (while i have been logging in as with my pattern multiple times before)
Now suddenly it asks for a 4 code which never has been configured or put in it at all.
Aside from that odd is that if i want to turn off my mobile phone for a attempt to restart it puts it back to the screen "Please fill in your 4 long code to unlock your screen" Which ofc totaly makes sense when you're turning off your mobile phone?
Anyone would be able to help out on this weird software bug?
