Hello,

It doesn't seem (or is no longer) possible to delete unused/empty folders from My Files.

If I long-click on a folder to select it, then press the menu for options, there is no Delete option.

Has anyone else had this?

@Segamatt: If you go to Apps > My Files > Internal Storage > Press and hold the folder you wish to delete, this should bring up a list of options at the bottom of the screen. From left to right these are Move, Copy, Details, Share, Delete. Are you able to see any of these options?

Oh, now I can, at the bottom of the screen a panel with options popped up.

That didn't happen before.

Many thanks!

The delete button is not there. Show me a screenshot.

Here you go.

When I first tried, I had the same problem.

I tried again later (maybe shut down phone and restart), and the button was there. I circled both, because I long-pressed the file I wanted to delete first, and then the options menu appears at the bottom of the screen.

On my A20 tablet, that bar only appears when I'm working within and between folders so that manipulating the files in them is quick and easy. However, annoyingly, the bar does not appear when long-pressing on folders so I can't delete or rename them. Help please!
