Hi @Coolguy10  Further to @lminvti 's answer  The A series does not support QI wireless charging , a guide here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/wireless-charging-for-your-galaxy-devices/ 

On the other point there is usually someone around  at this time
