Galaxy A21s issues.

I have recently purchased the Galaxy A21s hanset and I have found that I cannot change/set the rintone or the notification sounds. Obviously I need to resolve this issue quickly as the phone will be returned if not. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Go to settings, then go to sound and vibration and there you can select a new Ringtone and new notification sound

listening through headphones is very quiet, even with volume full up. Any ideas please?
