Galaxy A16 whatsapp not showing call

When i receive a whatsapp call the phone display does not turn on but it only rings.

How can i fix it?

Hello try those steps
Apps > WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data. Restart your phone: Turn it off and on again. Check permissions: Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business > Permissions and make sure Microphone and Storage are enabled. Turn permissions off and back on: Turn permissions off, then back on. Update your phone's software: Check for system updates in Settings Update apps: Make sure WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are the latest versions.

Does this behavior occur only with WhatsApp calls or also with standard calls?

Have you verified that the notification settings have been set correctly? You can easily verify this information this way:

• Applications
• WhatsApp
• Notifications
• Lock screen (to be activated)
• Notification popup (to be activated)

Only with whatsapp calls, the notification settings are correctly selected in whatsapp settings
