Hi my wife's phone a15 has suddenly stopped charging on fast charger...and is discharging more so when plugged in.....we have tried different chargers etc.....and cleared cache partition but to no avail.......the circle comes up with the sound of charging but it drains more than charge

Hmm.. that's weird, have you tried other codes like *#0*# is that works fine? As I've seen just 2 people who said its not working even they network provider also suggested code, but then they did factory reset or wipe cache partition and it started working. I never had an issue with these codes in the past.

Thanks all.....reset the battery stats with the code from iminvti and worked a treat.....thanks again for all your help 👍
