Hi, everyone! I need ur help. 

Do you have any idea how to fix my Samsung A15 mobile data. I turned it on, but yet it is not working. The signal is high but there is no arrow sign indicating the mobile data is on despite that I turned it on. 

Do you have any idea how to do it. I already tried going to general management and reset network setting. Also, turned on my roaming data. None of it are working. 

Please if u have any idea. Help me with this matter.

Thanks for ur help. Also, planning to do that because I did the last option earlier which is to reset factory data, yet, it did not work. Still the same.

Have you checked your data settings
Settings>connections>mobile networks> and check if its using 4g or 5g or

Go to settings>connections>sim management
