When I'm on a call & someone else calls me they get a ringing tone!! How do I set up my voice mail, please? HELP?

In "call settings" look for "supplementary services"... Here you can customise call waiting and divert options.

Some features maybe network dependent maybe.

You would need to set this either by contacting your network providers customer services, or by looking on their support pages concerning Voicemail as some are set up by dialing a shortcode in the phone app dialer pad @fee69 

In the phone there is also some Voicemail settings. Pull down from the top of the phone and in the search bar type in Voicemail
