Galaxy A10 won't Qi charge.

Got an 18 month old Galaxy A10 phone that won't charge using an external Qi receiver & pad charger. Our other Samsung Galaxy phones work fine with the above. Can anyone help please.

Hi again. I looked up the info on that link. It really applies to Samsung phones with already built in wireless functionality. The A10 doesn't have built in wireless so I want to make an external Qi receiver to charge my A10 - but it won't!
