Galaxy A10 Battery Charging

I have a Galaxy A10 smartphone. While the battery liife is very good, it seems to me that it takes a very long time to charge.

For instance, today, starting from 30%, it took 4 hours to get to 100%.

Is this normal for this model 'phone? I've tried calling Samsung UK and not got much help, so thought I would ask here, before hanging on the 'phone for ages again.

while u charging turn off the data or wifi, plus check if u have only basic charger, cause your model of the phone dont support fast charging...... I think its ok!

that doesn't seem right to me. Are you using the cable that came with the phone? Is the same happening if you use a different one?

I agree with Maroš, make sure you have the right charger thingy, and turn off the data and wifi.
Also double check in the battery settings that it is on fast changing incase that has been turned off.
