Galaxy A03s camera flash.

I have a new A03s which seems fine until I try to take photo's in poor light. The flash activates half a second AFTER the pic is taken, which is no good at all. The pics all turn out dark and unusable. Is there any way to change the timing on the flash so it works at the same time as the camera? I need this for my work and is the main reason I bought this phone.

@Members_JAiPote: To troubleshoot the issue, please open the Camera app, select Photo mode, tap on the Aspect Ratio options and select 3:4, then tap the lightning bolt symbol at the top of the screen and select the standalone bolt symbol (Flash: On). If the issue persists, try selecting the lightning bolt symbol with an A next to it (Flash: Auto) and let me know if you notice an improvement.

I also have the same issue. Makes no difference which aspect or flash option you use.

I have this issue too. The suggested fix has not resolved the issue. What do I do next?
