Galaxy A 52 5g missing options on Home Screen Menu

Phone status: One UI version 3.1, Android version 11. last update Nov 2021

Creating Home Screen grid impossible because options at Settings-Home Screen-Home Screen Grid,-4x5 4x6 5x5 5x6 are missing. Purchased 2 phones (wife & myself) my phone OK with other problems but unable to set up my wife's phone. Besides grid issue a monthly calendar can be added to a Home Screen tile but unable to be resized calendar.

Try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should resolve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition A52 5G' and you should find what you are looking for 🙂. Hope this helps! 😎
