Front Camera pictures turn out bad on the A32

So I need help, the preview of my front camera looks good, but when I press the button and take the picture, the colors just turn really bad, its like it gets optimized, but in a way so it looks even worse. And scene optimizer is turned off. This happens on instagram too, snapchat aswell, same as the base camera app? Any way to fix this ?

Have you tried using other camera apps?
Have you played in the settings? Maybe turn off HDR or change the selfie colour tone.
Also check you don't have the camera set to apply the last filter used under settings to keep.
And if all else fails, clean the lens.

Going through the same thing for my daughter's phone i just bought her. She loves the phone, but the selfie camera just eccentuats all the WORST features🤣 its terrible. Searching for a fix. Hope there is one...or i just spent nearly 300 bucks on a big disappointment. Her 79 dollar phone from Walmart worked perfecfly fine😭
