Freezing

I spoke to Samsung via video call and I have to say they were very good reset settings and going to catch up tomorrow see if that has worked if not we go to the next step so thank you Samsung

My mums a70 keeps freezing and not responding. Also restarts itself. Could you please tell me what settings you had to reset.

Go to general management reset then reset all settings they're going to call me tomorrow to see if this has solved the problem but if you're having a problem on a different Samsung a then there is a problem overall that Samsung needs to take on board I hope this helps
