free gift with any purchase issues

Hello Samsung forum, hoping someone could help. I was gifted a A51 in September and was told by sales people at CPW I could claim my headphones as a free gift within 3 months of purchase. I am currently trying to do this online and cannot find the option to do this. Could a Samsung rep get in touch and advise course to take. Thank you Pip

if it's the promo where a customer buys selected A series phone between 05/08/2020 to 02/09/2020 then they have to do the claim within 30 days of purchase for the Y500 wireless headphones.

yes. purchase 02/09/20. we were told to reclaim within 3 months...

The claim here at Samsung had to be made within 30 days of the purchase. I'd advise you to get in touch with Carphone Warehouse to see if they're running any promotions.
