Finally a response!

Finally had a response today regarding the screen freezing issues I've been having for over two weeks since the last software update. They're saying there's a new update to fix the issue, has anyone installed it yet and if so did it work?

Finally had the new update come through today 20/9 and no more issues so far 😀

No, I don't believe the patch has been issued yet. But very good news that Samsung have acknowledged the bug and are fixing it.
