Hi @Wildgoose747 Are you referring to contacts? If so tap on contacts,choose a contact and mark as Favourite by tapping the star Button. Favourites will be at top pf the contacts list before the A-Z.
If you mean Favourite websites access the site on Samsung Internet,press Menu Bar (3 lines at bottom right) and add page to Bookmarks and save. To access the Bookmarks press the star Button.
If using Google chrome press Menu Bar (3dots) at top right and tap the star, in the Drop down lit you will see Bookmarks.
