Favourites unable to contact me when do not disturb on on my A52s

My favourites are unable to phone me it goes straight to answerphone when my Do not disturb is on even though it it set up to recieve calls from favourites only on my A52s, does anyone know why and what I can do about it.

you can white list contacts to the dnd list.

see above first in notification drop down tray you can hold down on the dnd icon to enter the above menu., then tap the calls, messages or conversations to edit them ie you call allow contacts and/ or favourites or just set it to dnd unless they call twice in 20 mins.
