Failure to complete a software update

Hi. Help needed.

Why does my A52s 5g not complete a software update. This is the first update since I got the phone. I download the update ok but when installing it reaches 25% and then a warning exclamation mark appears. The phone restarts and I get the message 'software update not completes. Contact Samsung serbice'

Any help would be appreciated.

I done mine with smart switch on pc and worked,i have now android13 on..:)

i have same problem with my A52s 5G. my updates stopped 1 october 2022 version, and now is already june 2023. 
my one UI was version 4,  Android Version 11
No problem when downloading the software. after download finished, the phone ask for "install now", loading, and the phone was reset. when loading, it stops at 25%, failed, reboot again, after finish log in, there is a pop up saying failed to update firmware. visit a samsung service centre.

i went to samsung service centre and they said that it might potential to loose my data. then i search again and install this smart switch, both on laptop and handphone.  after you install smart swith on both , you can connect with USB cable, and choose upgrade button. it Works!
