Edge Panel Sounds on opening

Please can someone tell me how to turn off the notification which sounds every time I open the edge panel?

We're you able to fix the edge panel sound?  I have the same problem and can't figure out how to disable it.

I am also having this issue and I just got a new phone yesterday! I don't know how to turn it off but it's so annoying I'm about to turn the edge screen off!

I figured  it. Go to settings. Apps - click on the filter button and turn on show system apps. Scroll down to edge panel. Click edgepanel notification  and turn that bologna off!!!!!

This worked on my s10 with one extra step.  After choosing 'edge panel' I chose 'notifications,' then 'edgelighting notifications.' There I found where to select 'silent.'

My switch to turn off notifications is greyed out.  Can't turn it off.
