Echo for others on call, but only when i have a headset jacked.

I have a A51 Phone.

when i plug a headset my callers hear an echo.

It is not the headset ( i tried several ), it is not the jack ( i hear cristal clear ).

It started after the last software update, so i think it is linked to settings.

I looked everywhere and i don't know what to do. 

please help.

happy to have a look at this with you. Is this happening no matter what app you use? Would you be able to run the phone in Safe mode and see if the same thing happens?

restarting in safe mode solved it
