How can you get the dial padto show on screen by default during a call without clicking the button as i have sight problems this would help

I'm not sure there is in the Samsung Phone App or in the Accessibility section.

Do please take a look yourself.

I haven't used any other phone app from the Playstore so can't recommend one but it might be worth taking a look yourself.
