does it actually work it Always says no app is draining the battery it can't be that good can it

The diagnostics tool is an amazing tool and they will pick up any issues with your phone. If it has picked up no issue, that is amazing to hear! Your phone is good health!

@da9kl  The Diagnostics certainly should identify issues and therefore would suggest your Device is performing well if you have run all the tests.
