Delaying Notification problem with android Pie

Hi I have a new phone Samsung Galaxy A70 i have Android Pie system

 I have problems with:

All Facebook Apps including Pages and Messenger 

WhatsApp 

Viber

Snapchat

I've noticed as soon as I open the app it gives me all my notifications. Like it's in a deep sleep even when I am online .

Hi, do you have Data Saver set or Apps set to 'sleeping'?

Data saver is of and all apps was in sleep mode I must check now.

Ok, last thought from me ..have you checked under Settings and Notifications? ...e.g. Do not Disturb and Notification reminders?
