Custom symbols key not turning off

Was able to toggle off the custom symbols jey off before, but now that I tried messing with the custom symbols setting for a bit it won't let me turn it off, the toggle became grey.

Any way to fix this or is it just how it is?

Could you please specify which feature you're referring to?

Are you referring about the symbols of the navigation bar? These symbols can be changed using our Good Lock app. You have to use the NavStar module.
