So I brought two samsung a42 5g phones one from very one from argos done my claims very went straight through no problems at all but my argos claim says need a full picture of the receipt which I did uploaded 4 times in the first place now still saying need a full pic tbh its driving me mad anyone else having issues with any claims

Unfortunately people have cone across such issues with validation problems.

Keep your eye on any end date of the promotion too @bluace 

Try calling your regions Samsung Customer service steam to ask for support.

hi yes I will do i uploaded a new pic to them a day ago so will see if that one goes through if not I have another pic prepared for them just a pain really

I bought Samsung S20 from Curry's PC on the 24th of December and it said buy and claim £100 back. I have not seen any link to do this, I have the receipts. pls help as I have a few days left. thanks
