Change contact details

I have recently moved from Spain to the uk and have tried to change the contact number for security without success. I no longer have a spanish sim card. 

Any helpfull ideas?

On your Samsung account? If so contact them for help because if you cannot change it yourself they will need to do it for you

Do you mean in settings where it shows the sims number? If so its because sims especially with 3 are allocated a number , you can set it to show with an app called Sim Tool Manager off the play store. In the app select the 3 dots at the top and click settings
