Cant receive calls and text are a day delayed

Cant receive calls all my text are a day delayed when I receive them. I've reset my phone cleared everything done setting factory restart and it's still the same but I can ring out and text. Help

Have you spoken with your carrier about this? Must admit I've not seen this before.

Thought it was my phone but I've just done everything Samsung told me to do on the help page and ive just put a different sim in and that works. It's got to be my giffgaff sim I've just messaged them. Thanks for responding 🙂

Carrier pigeon would have been faster. Hopefully the replacement giffgaff sim works
