Cannot unlock the phone and a phone assistant is talking

Hi,

I've got a Samsung A10, this morning when I tried to unlock it and put the pin, the phone started to "talk" it sounds like google assistant, but I am not sure. I cannot unlock it or turn it off, whatever I do it is saying "locking the display", "pressing the turn off button", etc. 

I wanted to turn it off and use safe mode, but it simply doesn't want to turn off. Now I am waiting for the battery to die so I can run it in safe mode. Any suggestions? Also, do you think it is a virus or an error with a phone, it's my daughter's phone

Letting the battery drain is not a good idea. If you have a Samsung account you can use Find My Mobile to unlock it and turn off accessibility settings.

That is a great shout actually, I tried to ring it and it responded, after that, I tried unlocking it but the phone doesn't respond, I cannot cancel the ringing either.

Unfortunately, the phone was bought in a tech store.
