Can you send text messages OK.
Is this normal texts or Multimedia messages ?
Is it certain people texts you can't receive ? If so Check you haven't inadvertently added the person to your blocking feature and ask the other person to Check theirs.
It could be a network issue @Halkopus
Check in with your providers customer services.
Check any available mast Checker for your network to see if it's a mast issue.
Also try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On.
A good process of elimination to help rule out the phone or sim card is to try your sim card in another phone.
