Hi
Make sure that both your watch and your phone are charged. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your watch and your phone. Make sure that you are in range of your phone. Try restarting both your watch and your phone. Try forgetting your watch fe from your phone and then re-pairing it

Where did you buy the watch?

Is there a product number in settings- about?

The message "watch fe says not supported" typically indicates that the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is not compatible with the device or application it's being paired with. This usually happens when attempting to connect the watch to an iPhone, as the Galaxy Watch FE is designed to work primarily with Android devices and the Galaxy Wearable app

Hi @class_385

Did you reset the Watch? If not, try resetting the watch to factory defaults and then try to pair it again.

Can you post a link to the support page for the Watch FE, please? I have tried to find it, but no luck on the UK site.
