@Mand27: I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your camera. Please can you attempt the following steps to see if you're able to resolve the issue?
- Clean the lens with a soft, dry microfibre cloth
- Open the Camera app > Tap the cog symbol to access the settings > Tracking Auto Focus > Off (if applicable)
- Camera > Settings > Reset Settings > Reset
- Check that the phone and Camera app are both up to date
- Tap on the area of the photograph you want to focus on prior to capturing an image
