Camera doesn't record sound unless I restart my phone (Galaxy A71)

Every time I go to record some music I create, my camera doesn't record the audio unless I restart my phone but after a little while it goes back to not recording the sound, the video will play with no audio

I don't think u need to reset ur phone, open the camera and go to settings, there u can chose the perimeter or settings that u prefer.

Yea mate sorry i was busy fixing someone samsung laptop.

Ok first scroll down the notification page and select screen recording then another page will automatically appear then select media sound and mic then start recording.

My A71 is like your phone too, I can't do a phonecall or if I record an audio or video, my phone doesn't record any voice at all, my microphone access is on too, my phone doesn't record any sound unless I restart my phone
