Hello my a71 has developed a feature whereby I can't hear a caller unless the speakerphone is on. It was fine until a week or two ago. If I restart it, it's fine for a bit then the same thing happens. Can anyone help me please?
I had the same problem with my S21 ultra out of the box Judie and it sounds too simple I know but using the volume up button on your phone to increase call volume is all it took on my phone and now it defaults to full call volume even after a reboot or whatever.
