Caller can not hear me

Hi 
I have bought my A52 in the beginning of the year and since last one month if I receive call, caller cannot hear me but I can hear them properly. I did mic test it is fine but couldn't identify problems.

Is any one have similar problem??

It's seems problem with samsung phone app. I downloaded other app and is fine for now.

@kpofpk Hello, have you tried clearing the cache and data of the Samsung Phone app?

There isn't much only 150kb. I clean it. Now will see if it works.

Try using the button on the side marked+ This turns the sound up and -turns it down. Had the same problem with .ine

Problem is not in volume. Problem is what I speak, caller cannot hear me.

Hi All

I had this issue started month ago about caller cannot here me when call first. However when trying second time they can.
My phone app was samsung
But I downloaded Google phone app and it work well for week and now again it started same problem with Google app too. Means it is problem with device.

I bought this A52s device in December 21 during Christmas.

Any one has same problem???
