Call volume cuts off

When making a call every now and again I cam hear the other person but they cannot hear me. The call can start off fine then not, I have tried clearing my cache,  checked everything is up to date  as some have suggested. Any ideas what it can be. Other people on same network as me have no problems.

Click on the get help button
At the bottom of the samsung members page and run a diagnostic test mic and speaker

Also go settings
Sounds and vibration
And click volume
And check settings

Thanks I've tried all that, the diagnostics test all pass and all volumes are up. It still happens, only think I haven't tried yet is a factory reset which on another post some suggested to do. But want to leave that as a last option as would need to reinstall everything

@dibs1975 Hi, try this: Settings/General management/Reset/Reset all settings.You don't lose personal data.You have to reconfigure an app.A greeting.
