Call sound problem

After the latest Android update new problem appeared. So when I receive a call and I answer for 5-7 sec. I can't hear anything and the person can't hear me as well. After few seconds works fine but it's really frustrating.

it's not your sim. since the update my s10 can barely make or receive a call. drops them like they're a bad habit

It can't be sim. It started right after the Android update. They need to fix this asap.

Yesterday got update, problem is solved for now. So go to software actualization and make a update. Also after rude comments from samsung helpdesk that this is our fault, in update is written that fix the call issue. But no excuse from them for 20 days of laging !!!!
