Brand new A32 5g is slow and sometimes unresponsive

Hello everyone. I just bought an A32 5g Samsung phone upgrading from an iPhone 8 plus, and I'm finding it's responsiveness very very slow in comparison, when the A32 has better specs and it's brand new only tested for a day. It takes at least 2 and a bit seconds to fully open apps and do Web searches, and it's very unresponsive when tapping on phone settings and customisations.

I am aware that this is one of the cheapest options but I was expecting it to run smoother and at least faster as it's completely new. Is this normal behaviour or did I get a faulty phone?

Sorry to hear you're having the same issues I am! I'm fairly tech savvy and this phone just sucks. It's the worst phone I've had besides the LG G3. If my moto didn't have a shotty charging port of still be using it! This is the first Samsung phone I've ever bought and I likely won't be buying another, good luck to you! I'm pretty sure I'm going back to moto lol.
