I have a Samsung A16, phone bluetooth is enabled on it and my PC. However,they will not stay conneced the PC keeps dropping the bluetooth. I have chatted with Lenovo, no joy, I have chatted to a machine at Samsung and only cxame up with a solution that had no resemblance tp my phone. I think it started after the last update from Samsung?
Any suggests to fix the problem would be appreciated as I cannot transfer photos etc from my phone to the PC.Thanks for your help
