Bluetooth in car no network/signal strength on version 12

Hi there, I have 2 Samsung phones a personal A71 (on version 12) and a work A12 on version 11.

Both phones are linked to my Seat leon (67 plate) car media player via Bluetooth. The phone display in media player on the A71 since update does not show network (its Ee) or signal strength but reads "no network " or "unknown network " with no signal strength. My work A12 on 11 shows both (O2) and signal strength. 

Tried clearing Bluetooth cache, reset etc but no joy in getting network and signal strength back on the A12. The A12 works and makes calls but I never know if I can as it does not say if its connected to a network or give signal strength. If a call is made via A12 for a few seconds the network (Ee) and signal strength pops up then disappears again....

Any advice pls?

Hi, it seems Android 12 may not be fully compatible with the car but shouldn't affect usage. To try and correct this I would suggest trying an earlier version of AVRCP through developer options.

Thanks sorry 2 b slow do you mean go back from v12 to v11?
