Bluetooth coonectivity issues

My "outlier active v2" earphones (less than a year old) can't connect to my phone's Bluetooth (Samsung A52s). They work perfectly fine on other devices. What can I do to fix this?

First of all see if they're compatible with the device (both ways) then check at manufacturers site for ways to connect them with the specific device.

They both have Bluetooth 5. Couldn't find anything else related neither in Samsung nor Creative.
