blue tooth not working

hello, my Samsung a71 updated yesterday and today I no sound is heard in my blue tooth earpiece. How do I fix it please they worked yesterday before up date?

@issy86: Can you try heading to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume > Make sure your volume sliders are at a suitable level > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Media Volume Limit, and either disable this option, or enable it and move the slider all the way to the right to see if this helps?

Thank you for responding the volume is good I can hear music just not my phone I can not hear anybody on it. It worked up until the update
