You used to be able to hide the front camera punch hole by extending a black band across the top of the screen by going into your settings zigbert but this option has mysteriously disappeared with Android 11. If you have had the android 11 update my friend then it is set in stone that the camera hole can't be hidden but most people do get used to it in time. I did and I didn't think I would be able to live with it. Now I think it gives the display a classy modern look and emphasises the size of the screen. 👍 👍

This lens punch hole won't be an issue in the next generation of phone screens. Fingerprint recognition hidden behind the screen will also be a feature instead of side button or rear based.
