bixby update

just had a bixby update. and its totally messed my phone up. side button doesn't respond. screen rotation ,Bluetooth. old messenger messages pop up. bixby activates in sleep despite all settings switched to off.  waiting for tech call upto 48hours. its driving me mad. only option is factory reset unless someone has a idea I'd open to it. ive gone through all the settings I can find.

Hi @superspark. Have you tried a Soft Reset? This doesn't delete anything from your phone, it fixes any minor issues that may be occurring. To do this, hold the 'Power' button and the 'Volume Down' button, both together for ten seconds and your phone will restart. Does the issue persist?
