I don't know what to do I have a Samsung Galaxy A70 and when I try to charge it with the original cable it shows the icon of charging but isn't. When I turn it off completely it does charge but after I turn it up the battery goes down empty in 2 seconds. I looked at the cable and it doesn't have any problem and even the plug port is clean. The phone wasn't in water just at cold temperature for a short time
Go to samsung members and do the device checks, especially the ones for battery & charger first. If there is a fault, contact samsung service for assistance.
