My battery went from 100% to 24% in 4hr 30 off charge anyone else had the same ?

It is one of a number of solutions so you have to work thru them one by one.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I just bought my samsung a56 5g, on the other day but it drain so fast the battery. I only having a video call with my partner and it was 100%, after that it went to 46%, shees, i'm very disappointed with this device.

Please help me to solve my problem of my device, it drains so fast the battery. I bought it brand new. But i was disappointed with my device because it drains so fast the battery. So fast than my old device different brand.
