Battery drain

Idk why but My samsung galaxy a13 LTE battery drops really quick when it drops to 15 percent even when on charge it still drops all the way to 3 percent then starts charging I have all apps on deep sleep apart from social media apps it started doing this 4 days ago my phones software Is updated.

Is this because my phone is nearly 2 years old?

Apps are becoming more and more battery and memory hungry, so that could account for the drain when running some app or apps in memory

Also bad signal strength does drain the a battery more too

I am not saying that's the exact reason but could play apart in it

You could also goto settings, Battery and see what is using up the battery most

You shouldn't let it drop to that low cos after 15% it will drop sparkly as that it's the warning to you charge up your device.

Maybe it's cause of the Phone Internal Storage it's only 64GB and they take up alot of space and memory on an A13 Phone my Samsung phone Is an A13 Phone so maybe my advice is: Just go into settings and check it for device care.
And also just try and charge your A13 Phone daily with a SUPPORTED Phone Charger.

Sorry for the late late late response but here is a screenshot of the battery it never use to do this if u look at the last one dammm thats like iPhone 5 battery drain

You want to look at the per app usage, the graph just shows it draining

It has now been fixed in the latest security update I think it was a software bug
