Samsung A73 battery drains very fast post Nov 2024 update.

Any suggestion on how to tackle this ?

Sorry to hear of your issues.

Please go to:

Settings
Device Care
Click on Optimise

Now Wipe Partition Cache on your device.

Now go to:
Settings
Battery
And see what is using your battery power. You may have an app that isn't playing nicely and using up power when not in use.

thanks, i tried almost all of that didnt worked will test code and see if any difference or will do wipe partition cache like you said 👍

I tried as suggested but it didnt work .

Is there anyway i can undo the last update.

I think Samsung is intentionally sending update to slow down the phones so we buy again !!

I was exactly the same. I just updated to a new December 2024 update came out today or yesterday. And it has fixed the fast drainage of battery problem. This was only my 23 ultra. But my partner has an S21 ultra and had exactly same problem and this update fixed it. 😊
