Background activity

Hi..I keep being notified that the Samsung Email has background activity, so I click to stop, and press done, but it comes back. How do I turn it off please. 

I don't use it as my email. 

Does it need to go into deep sleep?... I don't know how to do it though.

Thank you...forgot to say I have an A52-5G.

I tried that and it took out all the calender entries. Somewhere along the line they've linked. I use Outlook email but seem to have 2 calenders. I've unsynced the emails but if I get rid of the app I lose the Samsung calender. I know I'm not explaining this very well.

Píšete, že email Samsungu vás informuje o synchronizaci na pozadí. Dlouze stiskněte ikonu Email Samsung a stiskněte malé i vpravo nahoře. Poté stiskněte tlačítko Battery-limited. Pokud chcete aplikaci pro hluboký spánek. Nastavení-péče o zařízení-baterie-limity využití na pozadí-aplikace v hlubokém spánku-+ a vyberte.

E-mailové upozornění na synchronizaci Samsung na pozadí. Dlouze stiskněte ikonu Email Samsung a stiskněte malé i vpravo nahoře. Poté stiskněte oznámení, přejděte dolů a stiskněte kategorie oznámení. Přejděte dolů a klikněte na oznámení o synchronizaci e-mailu.
